How to verify a "Made in USA" polyurea

The FTC only allows an unqualified Made in USA claim when "all or virtually all" of a product is made here. Many good American systems still use some imported raw materials, so ask:

  1. Where are the A side and the B side blended and packaged?
  2. Where does the isocyanate (MDI) come from, and is it covered by the new antidumping order?
  3. Can you provide a certificate of origin and lot traceability for each drum?
  4. For federally funded work, can you document more than 55% domestic component cost under Build America, Buy America?
  5. Does the label say "Made in USA", or a qualified claim like "Made in USA with imported components"?
  6. Who provides technical support, and where are they based?
